Shipping & Returns

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment To P.O. Boxes Or APO/FPO Addresses

Ecorganic Boutique ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Ecorganic Boutique will accept return merchandise if it meets each and every one of the following condition:


•    Customer has five (5) days to return the merchandise.
•    The merchandise has to be return in the same conditions as it was received by the customer, it cannot be opened, altered, washed, with all the tags, stamps and/ or other seals of untappedness. 
•    Customer is responsible for the shipping and handling cost of the returned merchandise.
•    We do not make refunds, merchandise can be substituted for merchandise of equal or less price, or credit at the store can be provided.
•    In case the merchandise the customer received is damaged you have 48 hours to inform us by 
E-mail to: ecorganicboutique@gmail.com of the damaged of the merchandise. You must include the following information when making your claim:

1.    Name and invoice number
2.    Postal Address
3.    Name of the damaged merchandise
4.    Specific details of the damage.

•    Once the damaged merchandise is authorized for return, Ecorganic Boutique will pay the cost for shipping and handling.
•    Ecorganic Boutique will not receive merchandise that has not been authorized for return.
•    If merchandise is lost in the mail the customer must inform by e-mail of the lost merchandise. Once we confirm with the Postal Office that the merchandise was lost we will proceed to ship a replacement of the merchandise. If the merchandise is not available the customer will have the alternative to choose another product of the same price or order the product on backorder.
•    Ecorganic Boutique  will not accept returned merchandise even if it was authorized if the merchandise is received in the following conditions:

1.    The merchandise was used
2.    The package does not contain its original seals, tags and/ or other seals of untappedness.
3.    The merchandise is dirty, scratched; it has dents or has been mistreated in any form.

 

•    All merchandise in clearance are final sales. No returns will be accepted for this merchandise.
•    Ecorganic Boutique reserves the right to modify and amend these terms and conditions without previous notification.
•    We reserve the right to refuse admission.
